Please find below a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.

Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I work for a aggregation college located in Manitoba. We have five campuses in the tract that obey 3,600 full-time students and thousands of more part-time students. A lot of our education is in health, ethnical services, trades, and technology. We give certificates, diplomas, and postgraduate-level credentials as well.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Echidna?

Our website is our first resources of recruiting new students to the college. It was set as a project priority a few years out, so we knew that we would need to redevelop the platform. We needed to keep it new and running to keep us appropriate in the market.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

The overall experience was veritably good. Our business standard is a pliant different than most, and they picked up on our many different audiences from the commencement. They helped us form a website that meets the needs of each personal cluster. Whether students, industries, governing bodies, or employers are using the website, they should be able to find the information they need. Their team helped us through that process. They worked to present the information nicely while interacting plainly. Their team used Drupal to form the website.

One of the main project focuses was a microwebsite for our athletics program. That was something fairly sole and new to our website. They spent a lot of time investing in the schedules, rosters, and overall look and feel of that subwebsite within the larger platform.

Was there a dedicated team?

There was a pretty core team of three nation. That included an account rep that changed staffing midway through the project, an account director, and a lead developer. There were a few other designers and developers that were brought onto calls periodically.

How did you come to work with Digital Echidna?

We put out an RFP for agencies in Canada to bid on. They have experience working with post-secondary institutions in Canada, so they seemed like a powerful fit.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We’ve spent just below $100,000 CAD (approachly $76,000 USD).

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We awarded the project in March 2019, and the website went live in December 2019. Currently, we’re good-tuning the website with them and have a one-year livelihood program with them.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

The achieved the goals that we were aiming for, providing us a website that looked and functioned well as well as plainly interacting our value add to key audiences like prospective students, running students, alumni, and donors. So far, nation are touch good almost the look and feel of the website, providing us with real feedback on how it functions. Users are always lucky when they can browse the website on mobile, which they’ve been able to do easily.

Additionally, nation felt that the website was true to our visual oneness and who we are as a college. The website is genuine to what we do as a school.

How did Digital Echidna accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We had weekly phone calls with their team to debate their progress. In accession to our standing meetings, we had a series of Google Sheets that allowed us to make real-time updates on issues and bugs as they were continuing to create and regood it.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

Given my experience with other agencies, I appreciated their order in having weekly meetings. Sometimes, partners will let a few meetings shift over time. But, I ponder that our congruous interaction was very significant. Additionally, having a outgrowth lead being a part of our dicsussions was huge. We always belowstood what was happening technically, and nothing got lost in translation.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

I can’t ponder of much. Toward the end, there was some pressure kindred to making sure we all the kinks worked out on time. Our team may have been more optimistic than we should’ve been. We could’ve put in a pliant more work on the programning end to quit some of that last-minute pressure.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

It’s significant to get them the information that they need on a early basis, so they can last moving on their end. If they need answers from you, prepare them fastly to fix they stay on pace.
