An aircraft maintenance company, Heli-One reached out to ED&,I to streamline and improve the way they provided continuous report with their clients. Working closely with Heli-One, ED&,I tailored an intuitive, adaptive and living tool that would enable purpose-driven communications. ED&,I designed and developed an online status reporting tool that increases transparency and simplifies email communications between the… service provider and their customer base. The two way application also enables helicopter leasing clients to report aircraft utilization hours, which were traditionally reported manually through phone calls and filling out physical forms. In today’s digital world, customers expect simple, instant interactions directly tailored to their needs. Understanding the customer experience guided the work towards creating intuitive, trusted interactions that foster greater customer realtionships and positively drive business impact.
