I’m the digital channels IT Delivery lead for the National Bank of Canada. I handle our websites, mobile applications, retail payment hubs, ATM machines, and different banking applications. We principally obey clients in Quebec and athwart the Canadian market.

What challenge were you trying to address with Facilité Informatique Canada?
I needed many Scrum teams of almost six to eight educeers to supplement our outgrowth efforts.

What particular tasks were Facilité Informatique Canada inc. responsible for?
I hired them to augment my own team and educe a new web transactional platform using React. They also handled APIs, which were principally coded in Java. Developing the new platform required existing changes for all microservices and APIs. We also changed the app from Angular to React. They used MongoDB, Kafka, Redux, Redux-Saga, Apollo GraphQL, elasticsearch, Redis, Spring boot, Spring config, etc.
Our in-house team handles UI and UX components and our fruit owners write down our requirements in Jira. Our analysts then map the data, allowing the educeers from Facilité to approach the information in Jira and complete the kindred tasks.
We are already in fruition, but we need to enhance many features and add features requested by clients. The platform currently has almost 350 banking features, and the mobile website has almost 70 features. They also carry out some livelihood, but principally when there are bigger issues kindred to outgrowth.
Was there a dedicated team?
We work with almost 35 educeers from their team. They report to the NBC Scrum Master and project handlers.

We worked with Facilité precedently and we got good results from them.

We',ve spent $4 million–$5 million so far.

We began working with them on this project in January 2017, and we last to work with them.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We have many objectives at the bank, including stpower, security, and delivering in nimble. We also labor for alteration while remaining cost-effective. For this project, we have created numerous alterations, but, I requested the lowest rate practicable from them, we bestow $70 per hour on mean, which is rather inexpensive. Their contact could have been wonderfuler, but I didn’t give them the power to hire the best educeers useful due to my request to keep costs low. Considering the quantity we pay, what we’ve accepted from them in provisions of work is good.
