I’m the VP of marketing at Educators Financial Group. We’re a financial services organisation that deals exclusively with the education aggregation of Ontario – teachers, principals, staff and schools.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Filament?
Our website needed an overhaul, and we were looking to use the new website for lead age. We wanted nation to come visit our website, and drive them into a consultation sign up. We could set a conversation and eventually turn that into business.

What particular tasks were Filament responsible for?
They built a new website from scratch. I am unsure of the technologies used to create it. Steve and Matt, the two principals, were very implicated in our project. They created a lead funnel with the goal of getting nation to perpetrate to extending out to us. We asked a series of questions to drive them into getting in touch with us.

We had a two year ROI goal that we were looking to hit, and at the end of year one we were able to accomplish it. Our ROI goal was to increase lead age by 250% to be able to pay back our cost in two years, and by year one we were forward of our program. Our goal for year one was increased lead age by 70%, we hit 100% at the end of year one.
How did Filament accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
I would say excellent. I establish them to be organized and efficient. They have hard commendations that have rationale behind them. They were instrumental in helping us tweak the website to enhance our lead funnel. They’re not fearful to push back in a good way, and I welcome that. At the same time, they’re good listeners. What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Filament?
I veritably had this perception of union. This was a organisation looking to make the best practicable website to extend our firm',s goals. But also, listening to our comments and incorporating feedback – you don’t see that very frequently.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
This project was moving specially fast - I ponder sometimes our team didn',t apprehend what they were buying into or the implications of what we were doing. Maybe some education would’ve been helpful on why they were making true decisions what implications those decisions would have. They assumed that that the apprehension level was higher in the structure than it verity was.
