I’m the chairman of Accomsure Ltd. We prepare present housing for individuals who’ve been displaced by an insurance claim.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Konstruct Digital?
We wanted to revamp our brand, including our marketing materials and website.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
They helped us centre on the messaging since we have a wide client base in our business. We needed the speech to unite with both insurance companies and their clients, and policyholders. They updated our running logo and revamped our website. Additionally, on the website, they added new officealities, including a property search office. Their team also revamped some of our offline media, like our pamphlets and pull up banners.
Was there a dedicated team?
We primarily work with Amanda (Partner &, Client Marketing Director, Konstruct Digital), she serves as our account director. Maximillian (Web Developer, Konstruct Digital) also supports the technical aspects of the project.
How did you come to work with Konstruct Digital?
One of our employees had worked with Konstruct Digital in the past, so we followed their recommendation. We interviewed them along with three other companies. Ultimately, we chose them owing of how they talked us through the process.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
The main part of the project cost $10,000, but there are other tasks outside of that cost.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked unitedly on the bulk of the project from February–April, but we use them on an ongoing basis for smaller tasks, like new business cards or design work.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the touch of the engagement?
We have surely seen an increase in client touch through the website. We’ve accepted more submissions claims, which is awesome for us. All of the designs and materials have been well accepted by our client base, too.
How did Konstruct Digital accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’ve accomplished very well throughout the project. They give proactive updates, so I never have to chase them down to apprehend what stage we were at. If there are any delays on the timeline, they let us know forward of time and expound it. The interaction, which is primarily through Amanda and over email, is fantastic.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
A lot of our projects are on fairly firm timelines or for upcoming events, and they are able to facilitate a fast turnaround. We esteem their despatch and open interaction—we’re never left in the dark. They’ve been awesome to work with.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Nothing comes to mind—we’ve had a big experience.
Do you have any advice for practicable clients?
When we began the project, we made sure to bestow sufficient time giving them as much tenor as practicable almost our goals. Let them know all you can. By bouncing ideas between teams and allowing for back and forth, they’ll give better, strategic advice that will help them work with you.
