I’m the VP of ethnical resources at Gelpac, and we make pliant packaging to sell in bulk to businesses.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Oranje?
We brought them on to help with a specific food training video for our employees, but behind working with them, we determined to swell the engagement to helping with our recruitment.

What particular tasks were Oranje responsible for?
We made two HR videos, both about 45 seconds long in both French and English. The videos help us expound what precisely our organisation does and what the roles we are hiring for look like.
They handled full-labor origination of the videos, including scripting, filming at both our sets in Quebec and all the post-origination editing work.
Was there a dedicated team?
They granted a team of nation to work on our project including one main point of touch who functioned as the project director.

Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our leading showing of the video was to our employees during the organisation Christmas party, and they were all excited and very arrogant of how we portrayed their set. All the comments have been wonderfully real, including from the board of the organisation.
It has not been too long since the video launched, so it’s hard to measure the contact that it has had on our recruiting, but we have posted them to our collective media channels and have gotten a lot of engagement there so far. We are looking advanced to using it in job fairs throughout the year.
How did Oranje accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Their team was incredibly professional. They stayed right on time throughout the project and made it very easy to collaborate with them. We primarily interacted by email with them, and sometimes by phone when we had larger or more pressing things to debate.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Oranje?
I ponder their intrinsic inquisitiveness and creativity is the biggest gain they fetch to their work. Their team fetchs a very new perspective to the work while also listening to all of my feedback and being very pliant, which is a union you don’t find in many labor providers.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
I veritably don’t know if there’s anything they needed to better.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Their labor is much better than the measure for their activity, so don’t dubitate to work with them. The better they apprehend your organisation, the better they will be able to portray you.
