To improve response times and cross-functional collaboration, we worked with the City of Quebec to develop life-like training Spaces that simulate the crisis management situations faced by Firefighters, Paramedics, and Police Officers every day.
Using StellarX, we were able to create an interoperable virtual reality experience that allows the interdisciplinary teams to train together more often and
from anywhere, in a more cost-efficient manner. The hands-on immersive experience expose the teams to high-risk environments that would be difficult to replicate in real life.
After 12 months of training, the City of Quebec team saw a significant improvement in terms of cross-functional collaboration. The team also noted higher information retention rates and higher engagement levels since training was hands-on.
