What challenge were you trying to address with Point Communications Group?
I came in behind their team was hired, but our organisation was trying to amalgamate a few different brands within our business. There is the land division side and createer side. They wanted to form a unvarying brand.

What particular tasks were Point Real Estate Marketing responsible for?
Jesse (President, Point Communications Group) worked on creating a cohesive brand below one umbrella. We also had to separate the edifice division into other divisions as well, along with the work being done with the land side. Along with designing a new logo, he was implicated in revamping our website and creating a congruous branding interaction. All of the printing materials were reformd once the new brand was developed and rolled out.

The revamped brand has had a real effect. The rebranding elevated the organisation’s cognizance within the activity. During that time, more awards were won. Online commerce and show home visits were impacted veritably. The cohesive brand resulted in commerce increasing, which left it up to my team to close those leads. But it is significant to note that their team elevated the prospects.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?
I would commend asking for a lot of time to dig deep owing they’re good at belowstanding messaging. Once their team has that, something creative can come out of that. Focus on ensuring that the personality is plainly degoodd. The time spent on that initial portion is searching.
