What challenge were you trying to address with Rebox?
I hired their team to help us unite what our brand position is within the marketplace and how to aspirationally reposition ourselves.

What particular tasks were Rebox - A B2B Brand Distillery responsible for?
They helped form the “who are we” piece for our clients and formd a holistic report on the cognizance of our organisation in the different communities we deal with. Once we understood that cognizance and had a baseline, we began working on the brand, cultural and marketing strategy. They’ve worked on minutiae details like publishing magazine articles, handling little write-ups, and attending meetings with vendor choices.
But overall, they’ve worked with us on the high-level details for the strategy. This includes working on the speech, tone, and visuals, making sure we established typography, logos, and inner furniture and paint choices. They’re now doing ad hoc work for us. We’re conducting a brand scan, currently.
Was there a dedicated team?
We mainly work with Rob (President &, Principal) but we interface with his staff as certain.
How did you come to work with Rebox?
I’d known Rob previously and was always impressed with him. When an occasion arose for us to work with him, we looked at a few other firms but felt most positive with him.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent about $250,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Rebox - A B2B Brand Distillery?
We began working unitedly in September 2017 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Our sales have risen year-over-year (YoY) for the last three years, and 2020 is showing signs to be one of our best growth years, which can be attributed to their work. Anecdotally, we’ve got a big reputation and have moved toward the goals we set out to initially accomplish.
How did Rebox accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’ve been excellent and interactive. We’ve had a very collaborative, dialog-based engagement. They’ve been honorable, ingenuous, and eager with their feedback to make sure we stay on track. I review their reports, too.
