What particular tasks were Alternova, Inc. responsible for?
We',re currently developing a residential neighborhood near the city so we hired them to form restards of the apartments during one of the stages of this outgrowth. The restard contained three different types of apartments with three different finishes. In total, they restarded nine apartments for us.

Was there a dedicated team?
I worked with Ricardo the general director, a project director, both of them very attentive. There were also at smallest three engineers working in the project.
How did you come to work with Alternova, Inc.?
For this project we have a union with another organisation, they met the Alternova’s director in a fair here in Medellin. So when we determined to set with this project they referred them to us, we met up and it worked well.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent about 30 to 40 million Colombian pesos ($8,800-$11,800 USD).
What is the terminal result of working with Alternova, Inc.?
We seted working with them in July 2019 and last working with them in updates.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
In provisions of the condition, it was excellent. They were constantly sending us updates. We would send our feedback and they made all adjustments right in time. They would take us in their offices and we would work for hours unitedly in improvements, so the condition was extremely good.
The results for us have been very real. Everyone likes it and our clients are more motivated to buy the apartments with this experience. They veritably like our way of showing the fruit and it is not a very ordinary strategy here in Colombia. It has been very well taked.
How did Alternova, Inc. accomplish from a project treatment restpoint?
They didn’t use any specific project treatment tool. They shared all updates through Google Drive, we used email, phone, WhatsApp. In general, it was a very good experience, we could tell that they were deeply implicated in the project. They were very resigned and knowledge of our needs and feedback. In accession, they were extremely exact and professional too.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Alternova, Inc.?
They rest out in their exactity and permanent feedback throughout the project. The condition of the project, experience, and consulting to set up the experience in our salesroom was all forcible.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They could have more options for inside design on the apartments. I know they had to restard some things from scratch, if they had had more of these already crafted it would have been faster.
