Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

We’re an IT and treatment consulting firm, and I’m the ruler here.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with FusionHit?

We were looking for a nearshore associate to help us fulfill a 24/7 livelihood contract with one of our clients. We needed a cost-effective way to carry out that particular service-level contract (SLA).

Over the order of a decade, we had built a manner software solution for our client. It’s a intricate, code-rich application. Because the software is mission-critical for the client’s organisation, it requires congruous support in case any bugs or errors befall.

The software was deployed athwart separate time zones, so we needed a associate who would be useful to address any and all effects, at any time.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were FusionHit responsible for?

FusionHit worked to apprehend how the intricate application works and conversant how to instrument basic to intervening debugging. Since the vast superiority of errors was the result of bad data inputs, they were able to resolve them fairly fastly. If there was anything that was really confused, they would delay to us to fix it.

There was a gate to keep track of all the open effects, and if the effect lasted longer than what the SLA had outlined, I would befit implicated in investigating it. In most cases, it was just waiting for the client to get back to us. Otherwise, they operated with pliant supervision and with direct touch with the client.

Was there a dedicated team?

There was a team of three—one first team limb, and two backups—useful to support at any given time. They would rotate on a weekly basis.

How did you come to work with FusionHit?

One of my colleagues had considered them for an earlier project. They were among the 3–4 common associates I considered and interviewed. FusionHit was able to put unitedly an excellent offer that met all of my needs, and they were a good cost, so I determined to go with them.

What is the terminal result of working with FusionHit?

We began working unitedly in soon 2017 and the engagement ended—through no defect of theirs—in June 2019.

Results achieved

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?

They were a reliable associate with good technical abilities. It was a mainly seamless engagement, where they effectively accomplished debugging when things went awry. They had to apprehend the very intricate software in order to resolve its errors, which they did, and that was the most significant front of our associateship.

How did FusionHit accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

There were no issues, as they met all the certain deadlines. They were mainly managing their time in fulfilling the SLA, so there was pliant project treatment to converse of.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while interorder with FusionHit?

I appreciated the fact that I mainly worked with the same nation over the order of two years. With off- and nearshore providers, the team turnover can be a uniform rise of frustration, but we didn’t have that issue with them. Language was also not an effect, as they spoke very good English.

What fronts of their work would you like to get improved?

While I don’t hold it over them, they could have pushed our client a pliant harder in order to get the required information or data from them. Their aversion to do could exacerbate an effect, but I apprehend their sensitivity in interorder with a third-party client.

Do you have any advice for possible mannerers?

Make sure that you’re snug with the technical expertness set of the team. Luckily, we got good condition folks who delivered on what they promised.
