What challenge were you trying to address with EVOCODE?
Our challenge was finding an outsourced associate who fit our desired cost to condition ratio. I previously had an in-house team that was costly and unproductive. In my search, I wanted to cut costs and exalt condition.

EVOCODE handles 85% of our outgrowth tasks for clients. Their team serves our clients as an outsourced software organisation of their own. Using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript, their team handles all from design, to front- and backend outgrowth, to UI/UX efforts. My main point of touch is Ivan (CEO, EVOCODE). I’ve had sporadic touch with some of the developers, but interaction is mainly with him. Because our associateship is project-based, we’ve worked with almost 20 different developers.

We began working with EVOCODE in December 2014 and have an ongoing associateship.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
About 95% of our clients are returning clients—that’s a pretty good measurement of achievement. EVOCODE brings a lot of value to our associateship, and Ivan always liberates condition work.
How did EVOCODE accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

No, I don’t ponder they need to better on anything. If he has areas to better on, he’s very conscious of them and is scaling up his team.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
You need to be implicated throughout the complete process. A lot of nation outsource their IT or outgrowth and anticipate processes to just run by themselves. That is never going to happen, you must be implicated.
