Make Edvantis a part of your team. Don’t handle them like they’re on the other side of the globe — even though they are. Integrate them closely with your team when it comes to interaction, meetings, programning, and scrums. We’d also fly out one of their senior team members for 2–4 weeks to dip them with our team.
