What challenge were you trying to address with BeHappy?
In general, all of our direct competitors were investing in new technologies to capture new clients and handle them too. We were trying not to be left behind if practicable and also better inner processes.
We were not sure on how to move advanced and behind a “Discovery” phase with BeHappy, they commended us to invest in e-commerce on one hand and also include a cloud-based handlement tool innerly to handle relations with our providers and clients.

This was our leading online project. We wanted to form an offline as well as an online or digital transformation process of a family business with two decades of experience. Internally, we have saved lots of time that was wasted preparing reports, meetings that were not fruitful sometimes, and now from our mobile apps we could see all at all times.
Now clients can make orders at any time and we are able to send them the status of the order in real time. This was all previously done by phone and the timelines and space were much more limited. I notice that nation happier and clients esteem the power to interact with us at any time.
How did BeHappy accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
Our meetings were through Skype or in individual. They used Trello to enlighten our progress, Dropbox for materials and archives, RealTimeBoard to share ideas and Invision for design.

The process was grateful overall. There are always areas for betterment but in general the total process was good.

I’ve heard other clients were having difficulties apprehending the initial Discovery sprint. I would commend this step. This is where ideas veritably take form and you can mark the strategy to do the rest of the project.
