There’s been only positive feedback for the redesigned app, going from 150–180 users to almost 1,500 within 18 months. BusinessApps’ team was responsive, punctual, and cost effective. While more verbal communication would be preferred, they diligently provided written status updates.
BusinessApps has remained accessible and available throughout the project, which is nearing completion. The team is engaged and in constant contact. They are responsive to feedback and ideas and provide valuable advice. They are also transparent about timelines and project costs.
