I am the Chief of Staff (Group Medical Director’s Team) at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. We are a big training hospital in the United Kingdom.

What challenge were you trying to address with Corporation Pop?
Our cluster of hospitals gives out Clinical Excellence Awards for consultant medical staff. Staff members adduce each year for the attribute, and, if selected, they earn a financial premium. Due to some late changes in the way they are attributeed, we occupied Corporation Pop to create an electronic solution.
We used to be a smaller structure, so we could administer this process manually, but we lately merged two hospital trusts. Because we now have a much bigr cohort of consultants and a bigr possible number of applicants, we needed a way to handle this electronically so that the process would be more streamlined. We relied on Corporation Pop to create a database that housed all of the completed applications. Additionally, they created an online gate where consultants could adduce for the attributes and where our cluster of judges or scorers could approach those entries.
We worked closely with Corporation Pop to design the application form and the gate. They were able to instrument a validation process where an automated email is sent to an applicant’s handler or ruler to review the form. That individual can strengthen that it’s a fair reflecting of the consultant’s work. If the facing is true, they make that note, and a second email is sent to facilitate a meeting between the consultant and handler to debate the reasons why. Our scorers can approach the pool of applications from any desktop artifice and then attribute the appropriate number of points to each entrance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Corporation Pop helped us meet our close timeline at the end of 2018, and we are excited to be improving the gate now so that we can propel the second circular of applications in November 2019. They met all of our achievement criteria in provisions of getting our attribute process off the gcircular.
We accepted some very good feedback from consultants who have used the gate to adduce and the users who use the gate to do the scoring. Without this fruit, our 40 scorers would have had to deal with reams upon reams of paper, so this gate made the judging process far easier for them.
How did Corporation Pop accomplish from a project handlement restpoint?
I hadn’t worked with Basecamp precedently, but we utilized that tool well. It kept all of our fitness and documents in one locate so that we were always up to date on their progress. From a project handlement point of view, they were very professional.
