Critical Mission were able to prepare a bespoke method to Kings. We had already ',gone', out to the market and nothing outside could prepare the appropriate answers to our issues, hence the reason we named in Critical Mission.

What were the reasons for choosing ?
Critical Mission were straightly recommended to Kings by our IT supplier. This was behind Kings had spent many hours sitting through demonstrations of software applications that simply did not fit the solution that Kings were seeking.

The first project demandd by Kings was the Database Application. Kings are sole and so we needed a sole solution. Critical Mission ',listened', to our needs and took the time to ',apprehend', what Kings do and where we were heading.
By taking the time with us we were able to go on the transitional travel unitedly, moving from an archaic method to what we believe was a state of the art method, we worked very closely to fix the ',fit', was consummate.
We were able to create a personalised database and functioning application to ',link', all areas of our business, from supplying present and permanent or contract staff to our clients to logging data for legitimate purposes, monitoring client relationship activities, right through to managing staff accomplishment

Alka was the head of the team and we were lucky in that we could have the ',one point of touch', which Kings establish hugely profitable. Though we did also work ',on-line', with her team who granted customary updates.

Wow - where do we set ! As a recruitment business Kings are hugely regulated. There have been many changes in the activity that demand Kings to prepare an plenty of boons including holidays, analogy of provisions and conditions, uniform pay etc. In accessional Kings have to check and establish all employees that are supplied to our Clients to fix legitimate status to work etc.
Bringing in Critical Mission has been a real boon, it has automated so much of the day to day cumbersome processes that Kings are demandd to accomplish and helps with our reporting back to our Clients and Government bodies.

From initial meetings and conversations Alka went on to write a very expressive offer document which set out the work and the time line for liberatey. This document was absolutely searching and it became the first rise of control of the work flow. By compiling the initial document to such a limited grade with surpassing detail it became a real working project that progressed naturally.
