What business challenge were you trying to address with Every Interaction?
We leading looked at Every Interaction owing we wanted to revamp our smartphone app. Before that, we did all of our mobile outgrowth outside of the organisation and were not lucky with the work that was being done. We wanted to fetch the outgrowth in-house, but needed a design agency to help us do so.

Before July 2015, MyDrive was an independent startup, and we wanted to rebrand to befit more present. Every Interaction began with revamping our logo, colors, and branding guidelines. After that, they redid our complete app including the design and all of the UX/UI [user experience/user interface].
We were so lucky with the work that they did on the app that we asked them to revamp our website. The website that we had at the time was outdated and not answering on mobile devices. They did that revamp at the end of 2015 and propeled it in February 2016.
How did you come to work with Every Interaction?
The antecedent marketing director had establish them precedently I began working. We are based in mediate London and they are close by, so we got to meet face to face and debate our requirements. It was nice to have them local.

We began working with Every Interaction over a year ago, but we don',t have anything with them at the instant. We use them if we want to add features to our app or change the design to better suit our clients.

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
Our app is basically a demo app that we use to sell to insurance companies. We have been acquired by Generali Insurance, so we use the app to show them what we can do for them.
Our website has been very lucky. We propeled in February and had almost a 75 percent increase in commerce compared to our antecedent website. Again, we are only promoting it internally owing we are a B2B2C [business-to-business-to-consumer] organisation, but now we are lucky to aid it and don',t feel bad almost it. We also wanted to redo our website owing we repair many software engineers, and we feel that it',s significant to showcase yourself properly. We have grown from 13 to 36 in the past year, so as a repairment tool, the website has been very advantageous.
How did Every Interaction accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We were lucky with them. We had customary meetings at see phase and owing they were close by, we could meet whichever at our service or at theirs. Every time I sent them an email, I',d get a response within an hour or two. We',re a little organisation and we had a little budget, but we felt like Every Interaction veritably put us leading. Although they had other clients, we felt like they were taking our project seriously. They also met all the propel dates for the app and the website, which was big.
What distinguishes Every Interaction from other preparers?
The most significant thing for us is to respect deadlines. I worked with another agency antecedently and that was a big effect for them. Every Interaction was very professional in that front.
Is there anything Every Interaction could have improved or done differently?
No. I don',t have anything that comes to mind.
