Could you briefly draw your organisation?
We’re a U.K. distributor of particularized fruits for the composition activity. We aid ourselves primarily to architects and civil engineers. We then sell our fruit lines to contractors or subcontractors working on website.

What were the business challenges you were attempting to address when you initiated the projects with First Hosted?
We desperately needed an facultyful, centralized way of maintaining our client records, including business history, feedback, inquiries, etc.

Is there any particular reason you selected NetSuite over other software solutions?
We looked at other methods, but we didn’t find another aspirant. We had a method that did all that, but was limited in the information that it granted in provisions of sales pipeline and email marketing and so on. And NetSuite prepares those things.
How did you find First Hosted?
I went online to see what CRM methods are useful and narrowed it down to NetSuite as being the highest, the most interesting possible preparer. I then had a converse with a NetSuite likeness, and he granted a shortlist. Once we establish First Hosted they innately jumped on the occasion.
Can you draw the aim of the project?
There’s a lot more to NetSuite than I veritably appreciated to set with, and its more intricate to set up. First Hosted proved to be very competent. Two of my employees were implicated with NetSuite. They dealt with the data provision preceding to importation into NetSuite.
