We are a B2C training organisation in self-improvement. I am the ruler of operations.

What issue was the preparer supposed to deal with?
Full Clarity?As a little but nimble organisation, we have to use SaaS solutions. Though, we want them to talk to each other, which they rarely do well. And sometimes we want to prolong the features of these “off the shelf” tools to do things they can',t do. Most significantly, we want the user experience to be top-notch without the price-tag: in other words, we want the globe!
What were your objectives for this project?
What is intricate for us makes the user experience easy. I wanted to prepare a ',Netflix',-style learning gate which was easy for our clients to log into and use.

What were the reasons for choosing ?
I have worked with Jon (Co-Founder, Full Clarity) for years, and then he brought in another limb of his agency, Ed (Co-Founder, Full Clarity) to help out with the UX.

Let',s look at it from the client',s perspective, they click a link and use their full. If anything gets ",in the way", of that or requires too much pondering between point A and point B, then decline goes down, retention goes down, and reiterate purchases befit non-existent. Jon and Ed were tasked with getting our client from click to decline as pleasantly and as easily as practicable.
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
Ed worked on UX, and Jon handled all else. Jon asked Ed to join the team when I wanted more than Jon was able to prepare. He had done a big job from a basic design perspective, however, I wanted the ',Netflix experience', which was outside of Jon',s design capabilities. So, he asked Ed to prepare his conviction—wow, what an accession!
Results achieved
Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
We achieved a 95% buyer to set rate, 70% order completion rate, 80% re-buy rate, and 100% organisation growth. Clearly the full is significant, however, the full construction and delivery are equally significant.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
We held meetings between Jon, Ed, myself, and the full creator Heidi.

Jon',s technology and power to write code is excellent and has never failed us. His ideas, nice pondering, and power are up-to-date and impressively dynamic. No, nothing comes to mind. I ponder they are a consummate union of UX and coding. They work extremely well unitedly and adjoin well with me. As their team grows, I',m positive they will be able to maintain the same level of observation to detail.
