Working with Learn to Trade in 2017 we helped to map out their end to end processes for customer registration and credit management. Examining multiple teams working practices, dependencies and identifying any double handling. Through this exercise LTT management was able to identify several areas of opportunity to improve their processes, making their business slicker and more attractive.
