ELM first expressed an interest in creating a service management system to handle their daily processes in the office. Throughout the development lifecycle the project has since advanced and the client now has an e-commerce site, epos system, and an administration panel that overlooks the entire operations throughout the business.
Beforehand the client predominantly had paper based processes which had been time consuming
and proving more difficult to manage effectively with growth. By investigating and producing a digital tailored solution they aim to improve their processes across the operation and accomadate further growth.
