I’m the head of e-commerce for a sporting goods organisation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Noughts &, Ones?
We needed different improvements done to the website to make it clearer as well as a UX report.

What particular tasks were Noughts & Ones responsible for?
We approached Noughts &, Ones following on from a referral. They sat down with us and listened to what we were trying to accomplish. We went through the running website and they made suggestions. They put the reports unitedly. Work was broken it into projects, with each one costed forward of approval. They were very helpful and fixing pliant bugs along the way at no extra cost.
One of the features that they built was our size finder tool.
Was there a dedicated team?
Tom (Founding Director, Noughts &, Ones) was the main point of touch. We also worked closely with Adam (Frontend Developer, Noughts &, Ones) and another developer.
How did you come to work with Noughts &, Ones?
They were recommended by another agency touch who use them for Shopify professional work. They were very approachable and showed us some things that they’d done previously. We chose them owing they took the time to sit with us and go through what they had done in the past and gave us recommendations.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve invested £6,000 (approachly $7,800 USD)
What is the terminal result of working with Noughts & Ones?
We began working unitedly in February 2019 and artistic up in July 2019.

Feedback from users has been fantastic.
How did Noughts &, Ones accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We used Slack, screen calls, face-to-face meetings, and Asana to handle the process. We had uniform screenshots being sent between us and gave reviews, feedback, and updates preceding to going live. They were very answering and there were no issues with project treatment.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Noughts & Ones?
They came and took the time to sit down with us. They were very helpful with their Shopify apprehension.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, they were very good.

They were very open and approachable so take gain of that.
