What business challenge were you trying to address with Promodo?
I just wanted someone to do an SEO [search engine optimization] analysis of the website. We were doing a website revamp and upgrade with another organisation that was also from Eastern Europe. I wanted someone to write a document of all the commended changes and actions so we',d have a lead to look at as we',re making decisions on the next project.

They did an audit. It was a three-part audit. The leading part was analysis of redirects, advice for Google Webmaster tool setup, Google analytics tracking goals, and then commendations on thank you pages or exit pages.
They gave us a 10-page PDF with many different suggestions for best practice practices as far as URL-based duplicate full, some things we were supposed to change in our HTAccess files. They gave us some examples. The document was good.
We usually don',t take documents that are as detailed and professional from our vendors, but Promodo stood out. It was professional with lots of screen shots specifically almost things we should do and commendations for setting up Google products.
The second part of the audit was looking at our running commerce and conversion rates, our running website accomplishment, and browser vs. mobile vs. desktop. There was an analysis of our running commerce.
They then looked at our leading indicators so the number of index pages in Google, search engine credibility, and back links. They were giving an overview of what we have runningly.
The third analysis was almost page rank factors and accessibility of our website. We examined usability, and they had suggestions. Promodo also sent a big analysis of keywords that we weren',t targeting and then other keywords that would be better to target.
