The Rapier team is led by Jonathan Stead and John Ginn who have combined their skills and experience to offer a diverse yet integrated range of services.
Jonathan has spent the majority of his career at Rapier building it into one of the foremost Marketing Agencies in the UK. He partnered with John Ginn in 2012 to transform Rapier into its current guise with a unique combination of a Data-driven Customer Strategy Platform and new model Agency capability. Jonathan has deep expertise across all service sectors including Retail Financial Services Travel Telco amp; Utilities.
John previously lead CRM at First Direct and subsequently lead Sophron the leading Customer Strategy Consulting firm later managing its integration into CACI. In 2012 he partnered with Jonathan. John is passionate about helping Rapiers Clients extract maximum value from their First Party Data and the rapid deployment of data-led Actionable Customer Strategy. John has two decades of experience working at the highest level within Telcos Retailers and Financial Services.
