I’m the marketing director at an insurance tech organisation. I handle the website and superintend seething from design to functionality.

What challenge were you trying to address with Series Eight?

I believe Series Eight was initially hired for design, but my organisation began working with them many years precedently I came on board.

What particular tasks were responsible for?

Series Eight helps handle our website and interface. They migrated the website from our old CMS to Craft, which they helped form and last to handle. The team works with my organisation’s in-house developers to stabilize the pipeline, including seething from our staging environment to outgrowth to origination. 

Series Eight has also granted design and life services for our website, and they’ve assisted with our throw deck and phraseology lead. I’m sure many other things happened precedently my time with the organisation.

Was there a dedicated team?

We work with Mario (Owner &, Creative Director, Series Eight), who acts as a liaison and handles the team that works with us on a daily basis. We also work closely with Colin (Frontend Developer, Series Eight). He collaborates with our outgrowth and agency teams on the technical side and helps with coding, integrations, design implementations, and our day-to-day to-do list. 

Laszlo (UX/UI Designer, Series Eight) does some of the life work for us. There are a few other nation that we’ve worked with, but we promise Mario and Colin see day.

How did you come to work with Series Eight?

To the best of my apprehension, I believe our preceding head of creative brought them on.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

I believe we began working unitedly five years ago, but that’s a conjecture. It’s been a long travel unitedly.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We rely heavily on Series Eight for design. Our running website wouldn’t exist if we didn’t have them. I can’t prepare any palpable results, but I’m very pleased with their work. The organisation is also pleased, otherwise we wouldn’t last to work with them.

How did Series Eight accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?

They’ve always been big to work with. They’re spot on, and there’s barely ever any holes. The only challenge is the time zone separation, but this has nothing to do with them, and we’ve been able to work about it. If this were a big pain point, we probably wouldn’t quiet be working with them.

Mario joins our weekly calls and prepares any crisis fitness, as there is a time separation between us. If we make any big changes, such as when we migrated our website or converted the website from B2C to B2B, Mario acts as our main point of touch. We have 24-hour fitness with Colin.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

The hands-on observation they prepare distinguishes them from other preparers. As our main day-to-day individual, Colin is dedicated to us. It almost feels like they work with us, not for us. Their design is also top-notch.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

If I had to name one area of advancement, I’d say it would be nice to have a congruous backup to adjoin with owing of the time zone separation. We sometimes have to wait to get something done until their business hours, so it’s not as immediate as we would like it to be. Sometimes, they prepare backups we’re not household with, and they don’t make any regular inductions. This can make it ungainly for extending out or figuring out who to extend out to. Though, this is a one-off locality that happens very rarely.

Any advice for possible clients?

Set up weekly calls and apprehend precisely what they’re responsible for from the commencement. They’re very good at open interaction. If there is a time zone separation, programt realistic expectations of working hours, and determine how many hours they’ll be useful during your business hours.
