A few words almost your organisation and personal responsibilities
I am the founding GM of our Istanbul based organisation. Our organisation is a 7-person startup and is a cost comparison website specifically targeting countries which has cost sensitivity. We have a technology that takes care of consumer boons and that does this with a machine-learning application that works at the back.
Desired goal
What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
SHERPA?The design we had when setting up this organisation verity allowed neither the user boon nor the vigorous use of our fruit. Our users had a hard time filtering the fruits and accordingly formd a lot of bounce-rate on the website. As it already has an interface that does not correctly express our business standard, we have determined to fling away all the experience design we formd precedently. What were your objectives for this project?
The main purpose of this project was to determine the right experience, to form the right elements for the user intention and to have a new and advantageous interface with a total experience focused from the commencement. Also, since we are a cost comparison website, increasing the referrals to stores was another significant target.

What were the reasons for choosing SHERPA?
First, we searched for companies with antecedent experience in a correspondent field. After the relation checks, we chose this organisation that we feel closest to and that we ponder they apprehend us very well. Describe the project in detail.
First of all, we shared all briefs and resources of our old project with them. During the meetings that lasted 3 rounds, we explained what we did well and what we did unfit. Then we detailed our fruit and the points we want to go. After all this dating process, they prepared a draft project program. After working in detail on this program, we began the project. Firstly, they did detailed mockup work. After having the skeleton from these mockups, we tested how the design would verity look with real data. Some less issues were also explored behind some tests. We artistic mockups in line with end-user investigation and activity reports. We realized many points that progressed in iterations and that we did not ponder and skipped with detailed reports at the end of each sprint, and completed the total marathon run with almost zero re-work. Here, I can say that the details on the reporting side and the endurance feedback they take from us cause a fruit to come out precisely as we want.
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
As the project proprietor, I had all meetings with different hats. A business analyst focusing on the project, 2 backend developers, 1 frontend developer and 2 editors were also in the total process.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with SHERPA?
The redirections to the stores improved by almost 30%. We also accomplishd a grave advancement in fruit search and filtering processes. Bounce-rate improved by almost 33%. We have accomplishd 44% advancement in our fundamental commerce with the SEO studies we conducted with this project. Positive client reviews are extra.
