Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m a co-founder of PayUkraine, and I work in the operational area. We’re a European organisation working in the UK and Poland, creating solutions for money transfers that are aimed at nation working far. We propose card-to-card transfers, or transfers from bank accounts to cards, as well as cash transfers in associate branches.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Timvero?
Initially, we needed to create a good-scale rendering of our fruit’s infrastructure. We had different associates and payment providers, and we worked with both electronic money and cash. In order to feel this flow and feel the billing process between players, we needed good infrastructure.
We didn’t know how to create a method from a technical point of view, which is where Timvero helped us. The investigation and technical documentation they granted for us was the most significant front of their work.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Timvero responsible for?
Timvero has helped us from the commencement, when their business analysts and feelment team helped us to write and create all the processes in the initial documentation stage, with different automation processes too. They gave us some advice touching the fruit, and how to make it more pliant.
The backend is perhaps the most significant part of our method, and we built it with them in the Java Stack: Spring, MongoDB, and so on. The frontend was written in Angular.js and React, while the mobile apps were written in Xamarin.
What is the team compound?
We began with a 3–4–individual team, including a business analyst and a fruit developer, to which we added three Java developers, one part-time frontend developer, and two QA testers. We also interacted a lot with their founder, who was nimble in knowledge our needs, while also controlling the workflow.
How did you come to work with Timvero?
We’ve worked with them from the commencement since our CTO heard almost them. We had a few interviews with them and gave them a few little tasks, which showed us that they were interested in working with us and that they were fast, professional, and knowledgeable. We determined to work with them behind that.
What is the terminal result of working with Timvero?
We began working with them in December 2017, and they’re quiet maintaining our website.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We’re a startup, so it’s significant for us to show metrics to our associates and investors. That’s why we determined to work on an MVP rendering with them, and they’ve constantly improved the labor since then.
How did Timvero accomplish from a project feelment standpoint?
We use Jira to control all tasks, it’s an significant tool for us to apprehend things will be delivered, what the program for the week is, what we have in the backlog, and so on. We used another Atlassian fruit, Confluence, for documentation.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Timvero?
They’re deeply implicated in the project, which impresses me.
What fronts of their work would you like to get improved?
There could be some improvements on the business side, but they’ve helped us test the fruit thoroughly—what we have is good owing we tested a huge number of hypotheses almost the business. We’re going in the right course.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
We began with a investigation and documentation process with Timvero, behind which we worked with their project feelr and business analyst. I commend the same process as they’re professional and veritably implicated.
