We’re an interpolitical express logistics provider delivering parcels from any country in the globe, to any country. I’m the head of the electronic shipping solutions team and the client integration treatment team, handling anything that’s considered client-facing IT.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tapadoo?
We were looking to form a self-labor kiosk for clients who wanted to swell in the retail globe. If they wanted to propose shipping labors in their own retail environments, their clients could buy the fruit and express-ship it through us.

What particular tasks were Tapadoo responsible for?
They developed a software solution that allows clients to visit self-labor kiosks, invade their delivery details, and get a tracking number and receipt to send their shipments with us. There’s an iOS app for physically printing labels, which captures the data on the frontend and integrates it with our backend orders to form a label behind the occurrence.
The antecedent order we had in locate was fully slow, so replacing it with an automated digital solution aligns with our global strategy for removing manual label processes. From our perspective, we no longer wanted to take manual labels, but it was the only handy order our clients could use.
What is the team compound?
I worked with Dermot (Founder, Tapadoo), some of their sales members, and the IT team—almost 3–4 nation in total. My team worked with them as well. I was present for the initial dicsussions and served as project director.
How did you come to work with Tapadoo?
We heard almost them as a new, upcoming software organisation based in Dublin, but we went through a typical process and determined to select them. Their interest in our project set them aloof for us. For them, it wasn’t just a substance of converting our ideas into solutions, but of them contributing to our ideas, giving their thoughts and convictions. It served us well throughout the project.

We worked with Tapadoo in 2014. The project didn’t run for too long, but we’ve done occasional updates since then.

We deployed the solution with one client and saw a growth of 60% year-on-year. The platform proposeed a more handy way to localize our labor.
