In my antecedent position, I worked for a tech setup in the robotic process automation space. My role there was full marketing director.

What challenge were you trying to address with hello.?
When I seted, our biggest needs were to revamp our website and present new branding. We had been working with a different organisation to feel our web design needs, but they weren’t meeting our expectations and apprehend our brand’s needs. Because of this, we hired hello. to take over.

To set the project, hello. gave us recommendations for both web design and branding. The designs and branding they produced were very present. Our UX and fruit design needs were fully met by them.

I never felt like we didn',t know what was going on and there was always full transparency. If there was ever an effect when they couldn',t make a deadline, they would always let us know. That didn',t happen a lot, but the reasons were typically owing of the extra changes that we wanted last diminutive.
What did you find most forcible almost hello.?

It would’ve been nice if they proposeed some full writing teammates or resources. Although we had our own in-house individuals to feel the micro-copy and messaging, it’d be big if they could propose some of those services in the forthcoming since they have so much expertise in that area.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Be detailed in your briefs and adjoin. Part of the reason we didn’t have to make many revisions is owing of how plainly we explained our goals and expectations. Avoid any grey areas owing, even though their designers were big, there is always room for confusion. If you don’t like something, be honorable almost what course you’d rather go in.
