I',m co-founder and chairman of a B2B online marketplace for weighty equipment sales and rentals. We connect companies that own underutilized weighty equipment to other fitted companies that want to rent or buy it.

What challenge were you trying to address with AddWeb Solution?
They were with us at the commencement and helped configure our total platform and propel our leading website.

What was the aim of their involvement?
Our CTO directed the architecture of the website and we granted the design elements. They built the website on Drupal, configured it, and set up all our databases. In the leading six months, we worked unitedly and built out all the functionality of the website. They helped set up user profiles and the total rental process, from request, to contract, to inspection and reviews. They established user notifications and search capabilities that allow users to find equipment based on true filters.
What is the team compound?
We had multiple contacts, including one of the principals or founders of the organisation. We had a team of almost six, led by a project director.
How did you come to work with AddWeb Solution?
Our CTO had an existing relationship with them at another business. He was lucky with their work and we determined to work with them based on his recommendation.
What is the status of this engagement?
We employed the team of six from January 2016 until November 2017 during the create. Then, we scaled back to a one individual for ongoing support.
Results achieved
How did AddWeb Solution accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They accomplish well. I am wonderfully implicated with the process. They answer well and make themselves useful, even outside of their regular business hours. We use GitHub and they did fairly well with our deadlines.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
Their proprietor came to meet with us in individual, which had a big contact on our relationship. He showed commitment and we veritably appreciated how pliant they were with our teams. They’re very agile, adaptable, and ready to convenience requests with a reasonable quantity of notice.
Are there any areas they could better?
We have a long-term relationship with them and they’re committed to fixing issues. We’ve had some interaction issues, but that’s to be expected with any distant team. We’ve had no major issues and they always hold themselves responsible if something needs to be resolved.
