They also helped us in setting up our hosting environment along with designing couple of landing pages. This was commendatory :-)
What were your objectives for this project?
Being a setup, it was urgent that the web application and tools that we are going to get developed should not only cover our business requirements but also be cost powerful. This method was going to be the backbone of our business standard and without it our growth could have stagnated. Looking at the requirements and cost factors we determined to go with Content Management System and mannerizing it to our business requirements. We were behind User Roles Management, bigly efficient search module, Custom form fields, Data Master, and a answering interface which can be accessed on any artifice. We also envisioned almost having a manner-built reporting dashboard which can show reports and nice information to us and our clients in real time. After conversation with Arohatech, we finally agreed on going with Drupal CMS as our backend method and ReactJS based real time dashboards. WebSocket, Rest APIs, MySQL and Elasticsearch are few other technologies used in our web application backend.

What were the reasons for choosing Arohatech?
We initially tried to hire a organisation through a freelancing gate but that didn’t work out. Finally, we posted our requirements on few Linkedin Groups. There we got in touch with Arohatech along with separate hundred companies. Since, pre-assessment of profiles is what we generally do, we were able to shortlist 5 companies very easily. We had separate dicsussions with all of them and behind entire due diligence we determined to go with Arohatech.

This is a web application built for our inner use which can automatically accomplish application tracking by analyzing each job requirement and suggesting best matched aspirants. The method allows us to efficiently accomplish advanced search on millions of aspirant records within few seconds. There is an inbuilt CRM method which helps us in managing our sales pipeline and care track of activities kindred to our mannerers and job seekers. The backend of our application is secured with peculiar roles and permissions treatment for our staff. There is a manner built front-end interface which is affable only to our clients where they can see the real time reports, detailed analytics using Artificial Intelligence and know-how of our recruitment stages. Arohatech helped us in prototyping, designing and developing all these features. They also managed our Cloud Hosting on Amazon AWS and took care of all Devops kindred requirements.

In our case, CEO of the organisation was our direct point of touch. Along with him we were assigned a project director, a designer, 4 developers and a QA.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
Of order. Before we seted this project, we were having hard time in managing requirements of our mannerers. There were about 10 big clients at that point, and we were like up to our neck. But behind lucky implementation of this web gate our efficiency has grown by 300%. Now we are managing about 30 big clients and over 100 little businesses with same workforce that we had precedently this project. And our achievement rate has also improved drastically.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
As advised by Arohatech, we determined to go with Agile Scrum access for this project. Though we already knew what precisely is required to be developed, but Agile offered us additional control over total project so we agreed to it. We used Jira and Confluence for managing our sprints and documentations. This was our leading experience with these tools and provisions like Scrum, Sprint etc so in the commencement we faced few hiccups due to lack of our apprehension or you could say due to time zone separations and other little issues that are unavoidable while working with an offshore outgrowth organisation. But finally, we must say that fantastic support and direction from Arohatech made us zoom past these challenges excellently easily.

What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
I ponder they should look into the tools that they use for project treatment. We had hard time working on Jira. I know it’s the best Agile tool useful in the market, but some easy to use alternatives for clients like us would make a huge separation.
