What challenge were you trying to address with Code Khadi?
We were trying to automate our insurance sales process in provisions of wary proposes. As I said, we are an insurance agency so we sell policies from numerous insurance providers. It was significant that when our sales agents go and meet clients, that they are able to propose clients a wide cost comparison labor. That is what we tried to innovate. We made it as easy as practicable for the sales agent in being able to sum as much data as we could.

What particular tasks were Code Khadi responsible for?
We needed to have a cost comparison iOS app educeed. We didn’t have anyone in the organisation who could educe the app, so we talked to Code Khadi and implicated them owing they had experience in that. Additionally, we needed someone who had experience with user interfaces in order to educe aesthetically pleasing applications. They showed that they had that. We had already educeed the design, user requirements, and parameters that we needed addressed. We gave that to Code Khadi and they were able to instrument it the way that we needed it done.
How did you come to work with Code Khadi?
I establish them on Upwork. They had very good reviews. We scheduled a call and we had our leading conversation, and it went very well. I proposeed five or six educeers a challenge. We told them we would go with the individual who could successfully execute that challenge. Code Khadi was able to do that, so we went with them.
How much have you invested with Code Khadi?
It was below $10,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Code Khadi?
We are currently working with them. It has been an ongoing relationship since May of 2015.
Results achieved
Could you share any evidence that would prove the productivity, condition of work, or the contact of the engagement?
We’ve been able to despatch up the sales process. We probably used to take 2 ½ hours, and half an hour was spent on filling in the contract, getting the data, and getting clients to sign all the paperwork. It’s decreased the consultation time from 2 ½ hours to almost an hour.
How did Code Khadi accomplish from a project treatment restpoint?
They [Code Khadi] accomplished very well and they’re always on time. They’re always on budget and they’re very clear on their limitations and capabilities.
What did you find most forcible almost Code Khadi?
Three things rest out. They are a professional organisation that works in the field, and they know how to tell to clients. They are also able to belowrest what the client needs. The second thing is that they’re useful. Anything that happens, even if it’s outside of their working hours, they will get back to you and tell you when they’ll be able to address the effect. They’re very reliable when it comes to interaction. Thirdly, when you propose something to them, they don’t just sit back and hear. They also propose their feedback and ask questions.
Are there any areas Code Khadi could better?
They do face limitations like any other organisation. There are true limitations in provisions of expertise. I feel that is something they could better on.
