You can book various services like British Sign Language, Telephone &, Video translation, Face to Face meetings via the portal. The best feature is that you can bool services in a two way Book Single and Block Request for multiple bookings.
The interpreting agency also has access to the system where they can
add their internal users to accept and reject the bookings.There is mainly 3 level architecture in the system.
