BotSupply was born out of our enthusiasm for the current progress in the field of conversational AI and Conversational AI is driving next-generation Customer Experiences and offering Products and Services enables any enterprise in any industry to successfully implement Conversational AI to drive their business outcomes. BotSupply on-boarded with me in 2018 and I spent a considerable amount of time in the market since its
inception, BotSupply was quite dissatisfied with the number of quality leads being generated. The SaaS company was unable to reach out to its target audience and the prevailing competition made it even more difficult to penetrate the market, thereby hampering its effective conversion rate and increasing the cost per lead (CPL) as well and also they were not getting sufficient leads.
