A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the CTO of TalentEdge, one of the bigst education companies in India. We work in executive education, online certification for degrees, and enterprise.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with FULLeSTOP?
We needed additional outgrowth help. Our fruit line is big, with a lot of automation on the backend and many different frontend learning environments. We were looking for a team to work on separate different projects.

What particular tasks were FULLeSTOP responsible for?
We began with a one user profiling project to shape the user data of our past students. They built a dashboard that allows us to explore this data. It uses distributed technologies—Angular, MongoDB, React, and PHP.
They worked on a tone condition project, which measures recordings of each of our call center events, scoring how the call went. It’s an AI-based method, which uses Google Assistant as a tool to translate the tone into a text.
We’ve also developed a lot of things in-house, for which they audited our workflows and the fruits themselves. They built test cases and use cases for us, using a lot of automation tools to test our methods and check the load.
What is the team compound?
I interacted with four or five directors, the CTO, and the COO. For the audit work, they brought in one director, one QA director, and two QA resources to test the fruit.
How did you come to work with FULLeSTOP?
They were referred to us by one of our associate companies who spoke wonderfully of them.
What is the terminal result of working with FULLeSTOP?
We began working unitedly in 2018, and the work is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
I’m veritably satisfied with them. When the work began, I was excellently apprehensive almost outsourcing, but since fetching them on board, I’ve not recruited a one individual. Using an outer agency is cost powerful and provides a team with a range of different experiencesets.
How did FULLeSTOP accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
There’s a dedicated project director, and the project treatment is good—it’s done through a digital tool. We have a daily standup meeting as well as a weekly review. Generally, we meet in-individual see month, or month and a half.
The process is fantastic. They not only swallow the requirements, but they also fetch a lot of apprehension from their past work. In our initial conversations, they listened to our issues and came with ideas and an access. We agreed to the aim of work, then they made a full fruit roadmap diagram, with a timeline.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with FULLeSTOP?
They’re very open for feedback. They come up with their own solutions and propose a lot of suggestions to better our fruit. We’ve veritably benefited from their apprehension.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
I’m looking to create a lot of things in AI with them, so I need to see what kind of data scientists they can hire. It’s an area that I’m looking advanced to working with them on.
