I’m the co-founder and a board limb of Kanserle Dans, a nonprofit structure based in Turkey. We obey Turkish-speaking oncology patients all over the globe.

What challenge were you trying to address with GTS Infosoft LLP?
We wanted to address the challenges of metastatic breast cancer patients. As part of this project, we wanted to form a mobile application for patients. We needed a client panel and some of the separate features such as health profiles, a chatroom, and the power to send inquiries.

What particular tasks were GTS Infosoft LLP responsible for?
We had limited resources in provisions of money and nation. We didn’t have wireframes and only old-fashioned requirements. Even with these limitations, GTS Infosoft developed our iOS and Android app. We included some of their ideas for features in the app. Their team also formd a website with administrative features. They integrated the app with the website to work unitedly, configuring the administrative panel to upload full to both mediums. Then, they implemented search engine optimization (SEO) for the website. We used their apprehension and experience to lead us through the project. Two years behind this project, we applied to swell our project. We didn',t take the funds, but GTS Infosoft helped us draft a set of requirements.
What is the team compound?
Their founder &, CEO was assigned as our project director. I also worked with three other experts for different aspects of the project.
How did you come to work with GTS Infosoft LLP?
We screened over 30 companies and interviewed almost five of them. GTS Infosoft was shortlisted from a contracting website. Their cost point was good and the proprietor of the organisation was easy to adjoin with. One of the main reasons we picked them is owing of their experience with other healthcare providers. They were already skilled with other nonprofits as well.

We invested over $10,000.
What is the terminal result of working with GTS Infosoft LLP?
We began working unitedly in October 2016 until December 2017.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Users said our fruit offered a sole labor within the spectrum of health apps. Users who weren',t patients also used the app for its wide range of features. We didn',t extend the download numbers we wanted to, but that was owing I to handed the project over to volunteers—not owing of GTS Infosoft',s work.
How did GTS Infosoft LLP accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We liked working with them and had a big relationship. We conducted meetings see other day and used a tool to report bugs. We adjoind via email, phone, Skype, and Trello. Even with a huge time separation, they were pliant and accommodated us whenever we needed them. My experience with their CEO has been veritably big.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with GTS Infosoft LLP?
They were pliant to work with us within our constraints and extremely helpful. They kept in mind that we’re a nonprofit and adapted optimal solutions to our specific needs.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Before our go live, we needed more QA support. They added additional resources, we also had our own resource that we brought into the project.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Having a good project director is key. Have an initial conversation and ask entire questions on the workflow, what tools they’ll be using, and what their methodology is. I wonderfully commend them, but make sure they are a good match for your business.
