Dev for On-Demand Real Estate App
Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.
Introductory information
Our app is like Uber for real lands agents. We connect agents with contractors such as electricians or handymen. We had our app developed locally, here in Virginia Beach, but we weren’t lucky with the outgrowth firm we had used. We wanted to find another agency to complete the work. We sent them our code that the preceding agency had done. They combed through the code to see how the app worked. They worked on both the front and backend. The app has third-party integration and payment processing. We had specific action items we wanted them to do such as hiding some details on the app screen and adding and removing things from the web services side. We’ve recently added some pop-up screens and a rating method. They’re currently working on the Android rendering of the app. We initially had a quote-based standard and an on-demand standard, but we asked them to hide the quote-based standard. We had a component that would send the tradesmen a text see day, asking them to update their availability. We asked Hidden Brains to hide that as well, as it was too taxing for the contractors to keep updating their schedule see day. Instead, we asked them to add a component in which the real lands agent could pick a day and time. That lead would then be blasted out to all the tradesmen in a given state. The tradesmen would get a job description and touch information for the agent. In approachion, Hidden Brains worked on the geo-location for the jobs and a lot of smaller components, like putting a notes section to the job description. They also added a component that allows nation to upload pictures to share with the contractors. We establish them on Upwork. We chose them owing their response time was fast, their pricing was fair, and their job description was good. It also helped that their English was very easy to apprehend. If we didn’t apprehend someone on the team, they establish someone who could converse better English for us, which was big. We’ve spent in the range of $5,000–$6,000 to date.Desired goal

The iOS rendering was launched in November. We’ve had a lot of nation signing up, but only a handful of transactions. Our main centre right now is getting more transactions, and we’re limited right now owing the Android rendering isn’t launched yet. I ponder we’ll have better metrics within the next couple months when that is out. Their technical experiences in accomplishing all the front and backend work have lived up to our expectations.
How did Hidden Brains accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The work has been big and interaction is awesome. They’ve been pliant with payment owing we wanted to pay as we go. We use Basecamp, which is very easy to pursue, as well as Skype and email. They update us on what they’ve done each day. Meeting the timelines has been big. We talk to one developer on a daily basis and another guy on the support side for questions or concerns. There’s also a team chief who gets effects resolved fastly. We had issues with bugs, but they seemed to jump on it.
What did you find most forcible almost Hidden Brains?
Their interaction is good. It’s affordable to work with them straightly, as opposed to someone here in the States who will farm the work out to them anyway.
Are there any areas Hidden Brains could better?
I wish they had more approach over the weekend owing if we have an effect, we need it resolved fastly. They need a way to convenience clients in crisis situations.
