I’m the COO and co-founder of The Mobility Marketplace. We buy, sell, and recycle preowned and new cell phones. A lot of our clients colorless label our fruit, so you’ll see our fruit on the shelves with another organisation’s label.

What challenge were you trying to address with Indus Net Technologies Pvt. Ltd.?
We were trying to automate our backend processes by integrating our web interface with our shipping and client SRP.

What particular tasks were Indus Net Technologies Pvt. Ltd. responsible for?
They rebuilt our open-source website from the ground up, utilizing Magento for e-commerce and Linux for cron jobs, or automated scheduling. The new platform allows us to have multiple “parent-child relationships” (e.g. relationships with kindred stakeholders) that want to use our platform to aid what they do. The backend is tied unitedly which lets us pull reports. Integrating separate APIs, the new method lets clients track order shipments.
Was there a dedicated team?
We have a project chief who helps handle interaction between our team and theirs, and almost 3–4 other nation working on our project at any given point.
How did you come to work with Indus Net Technologies Pvt. Ltd.?
We determined to look at outsourcing options far to help us stick to our budget. We knew that there could be some tradeoffs touching the time separation and interaction effects, but ultimately determined that it would be worth it to work almost those challenges.

We’ve spent almost $25,000.

We began working on the project in January and outgrowth is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
We don’t have any metrics owing we’re quiet in the outgrowth phase, but they have moved on to testing and implementation. At the commencement of outgrowth, they were very good at managing the milestones we needed to extend.
How did Indus Net Technologies Pvt. Ltd. accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
They have a big documentation platform that helps us adjoin. It catalogs a history of our notes and theirs. We’ve faced a few challenges since we have an 18-hour time separation. Now that we’re testing, it’s more of an effect. But we’ve caused delays on our side as well. They’ve worked late to help us a few times too, but that was outside the norm. This project could have been completed in four months, but now it has been closer to a year.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Indus Net Technologies Pvt. Ltd.?
They’ve stayed within our budget. If we were working domestically, the cost would have been 2–3 times more than what we paid.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
It would be veritably helpful if they had a 24/7 support team.
