I had begun the implementation process with another vendor preceding to working with Kanak. As we were facing true challenges I began looking for a new vendor - one that would share values and long term objectives. Kanak came at the recommendation of an at-the-time running Odoo employee.

The specific compound of the team will vary according to a particular effort but from Kanak we seem to always have ongoing tasks with backend and frontend developers. Additionally, from time to time, we will demand sysadmin or support in another specialized area. Kanak is able to prepare support for any Odoo kindred effort.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
We are constantly increasing efficiencies with Kanak as our outgrowth associate. Information is able to be shared more logically now throughout the structure. We',ve been able to federate approach to nation outside the structure which we',ve never been able to do precedently.
We are working as a team as we never have precedently, sharp out superfluous workflow items and leveraging the analytics now useful to us. Still we are just scratching the tip of the iceberg and have a lot left to do.

Our interaction stack includes Github, Jira, Skype, Odoo. Language barrier has never been a material effect. Of order, there are misinteractions from time to time but there are members that will step in and clear up and confusion.

Examples include method admins, server architects and db admins. Onboarding new resources when a need arises takes time and effort and can set the stage for server side effects.
