What challenge were you trying to address with Mantthan Web Solutions?
We needed a CRM that would allow us to keep all of our client data in one centralized method – rather than 2 or 3 platforms as it was – to better handle information and better efficiency. We needed a manner solution given our requirements.

What was the aim of their involvement?
Mantthan built us a manner CRM that helps to collate and handle client information, including account handlement and invoicing. I gave them the fruit brief, we had scoping sessions, and they did the requirement analysis. They mannerized the CRM based on our requirements by integrating elements from both Vtiger and Zoho CRM. They host the application on their obeyr.
A ticketing method is part of the mannerization they did. It integrates project handlement into the core CRM functionality. We can input all the information almost clients behind our leading meeting with them, then add details behind we sign a contract and add projects. We don’t have to move back and forth between different methods.
We quiet give them a few projects, with specific modifications for clients, for sample. We have programs to evolve the method based on feedback from colleagues and clients. I anticipate we will set that soon next year with them.

I heard almost them from a friend of my dad who I saw when I was in India visiting my family. I had a fast meeting with them there. When I returned, my colleagues and I determined we needed to move on the project as we already had a few clients lined up. We determined to try them out.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
The functionalities of the platform – the database, project handlement, ticketing method – have betterd our efficiency and fruitivity. We’ve streamlined our information handlement. For sample, we can now know precisely what’s happening with each client, their running status and any pending tasks. We have clear financial updates, almost pending invoices, deadlines and resource utilization. We’re able to more clsoon adjoin with our clients and obey them better. Some of the clients are getting such good interaction that we',re getting very good reviews.
How did Mantthan Web Solutions accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
Overall it was an easy process to get the fruit out. I got customary project updates. We primarily adjoin via email. We use a project handlement tool to map out requirements and handle timelines. I appreciated that I was able to adjoin straightly with the individual who was working on the project rather than the project handler. I could straightly request any specific changes if required.
We had some issues with the time separation that I raised with them. We lost time owing there was a lag in response time to emails due to the separation. Even with the time separation we were able to complete the project within the deadline.

We’ve built up confide with them. They’re hitting the deadlines, they’re getting the work done. Quality is good, interaction is better. Now we can easily outsource more projects to them. It’s all almost the comfort level.
Do you have any advice for possible mannerers?
Have a clear, degoodd analysis of your project needs and clear guidelines for it. If Mantthan is just doing the implementation – not design – have a clear design to give them. Then it will be a seamless process.
