Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the establisher of Quckclass. We form mobile learning solutions for all sorts of training companies.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with NumeroEins?
We were looking to create iOS and Android apps for our business.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were NumeroEins responsible for?
We had designs already. We were working unitedly for almost five and a half years. When we leading worked unitedly, we were working on a Titanium SDK, which is a platform that principally uses JavaScript. It then forms iOS and Android apps running on the same basic institution code.
Around two years ago, principally due to their recommendation, we determined to make a transition to fully indigenous iOS and Android apps. About 2–3 years ago, we also had a major revamp. It was more for aesthetic reasons, and it was done from the ground up.
Was there a dedicated team?
Aside from Manu (CEO, NumeroEins), we’ve also worked with 6–7 developers.
Manu is our touch point, and he’s big at managing developers (who are big at what they do).
He’s big at managing client relations and helping construe requirements into something that his outgrowth team can liberate on.
How did you come to work with NumeroEins?
We were looking for developers on Freelancer almost six years ago. It was between Manu and another organisation, and both had an interesting track archives and offer for how they’d be helping us.
I establish NumeroEins’s treatment to be far more approachable, and Manu’s English was excellent. I ponder he’s spent some time living in Turkey, and he’s pretty terrestrial. He’s also a pliant business proprietor and entrepreneur, so we had a lot of things in ordinary.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve invested almost $50,000 to $100,000.
What is the terminal result of working with NumeroEins?
We began working with NumeroEins in May of 2014, and it’s ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Manu and I try to help each other out, and we’ve formd a nice relationship in those years. He did a good job of liberateing. Nothing ever goes smoothly when it comes to app outgrowth, it’s more almost how we smooth out the bumps.
In provisions of results, whichever the apps work well on clients’ devices, or they don’t.
With app outgrowth, there’re always going to be tweaks and pliant ways of improving things. With NumeroEins, there’s always a firm current of outgrowth as we feed through our requests and tweaks.
From a qualitative perspective, their work has been pretty congruous over time. They’ve had some star developers working on our projects, and I hope our relationship will last for as long as we’re operating in the forthcoming.
They’re reliable, and I can compute on them to find decent local genius. Also, owing we’re both relatively pliant, mid-sized businesses, we give each other enough of observation, and it’s just a good fit from a value perspective as well. We both share the desire to better things and work better.
How did NumeroEins accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We’re constantly on Skype with their developers, but we also have video catchups. If we’re very definite almost what we need, then it’s liberateed, but that’s the case with most developers.
We’ve used Mantis Bug Tracker to handle how tasks and exact specifications are completed, and conversations go through there as well. As far as project treatment goes, things are fed in a piecemeal way to the developers, and it’s up to them to handle their time. We also put a level of urgency on true tasks, and they’re usually pretty answering to that.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with NumeroEins?
Manu has been a big linchpin holding it all unitedly. He goes out of his way to fix that the team is on it and liberateing. He’s a super approachable and nice individual.
He’s easy to deal with, he has a nice perception of disposition, and he’s someone I veritably like working with. I can rely on him and fetch new ideas to him. He’s able to seize and construe our ideas, and he’s good at overseeing his team and ensuring that our apps are liberateed.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
Not at the instant.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
Clients need to be extremely clear in the specifications almost the work that needs to be done. The more clarity there is upfront, the better the results we’re going to get are.
NumeroEins is big value in comparison to local UK developers, but they also need more direction when it comes to liberateing precisely what we’re expecting. It’s significant to be crystal clear in designs, on what the functionalities should be, and how the features tie unitedly.
Without clarity, we’re going to run into trouble, but that’s probably true for pretty much any outgrowth team.
