We’re a SaaS organisation for the tax and accounting industries. I’m the COO.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Nyros Technologies?
We hired them to complete edifice out our MVP for a DIY tax solution. At the time, we were working with a different software outgrowth organisation to create the platform, but they didn’t do the best job. So, we needed new developers to pick up where they left off.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
There are two solutions that they’ve built for us at this point. One is the tax solution that handles very confused calculations. Their team was not only responsible for edifice out the calculations and logic on the frontend, but also making it so that we could send information to the IRS using the method.
Our second solution launched in the summer of 2019 and is a bookkeeping platform. They were there from the very commencement of the outgrowth. With their help, we had it launched within a few months of starting it. They last to update both solutions annually.
Was there a dedicated team?
At leading, we were working with just one of their developers. Over time, we added another. When it was crunch time, I added a third developer from Nyros Technologies and a few from other vendors.
When it was time to layer back, we determined to keep Nyros Technologies and one other outgrowth organisation on our projects. They’d proven themselves at that point.
How did you come to work with Nyros Technologies?
I establish them on UpWork, where I hired their leading developer. It didn’t go big at leading, but I appreciated how they tried to rescue the relationship. So, I determined to take the leading developer back and add two others to the team. Then, we began working unitedly outside of the platform.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent almost $80,000 on their services.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We hired them in October 2018, and our relationship is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Last year, we passed our testing with the IRS for the tax solution. We now have users who are lucky with the fruit itself. Our clients have also establish the bookkeeping platform to be extremely easy to use and have commended it to others.
How did Nyros Technologies accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
I have a fruit director on my team that works with them daily. She prepares them with our requirements, and they execute them. We don’t localize any project treatment resources on their end. Our teams use Slack to adjoin. My fruit director sends tickets through the platform for them to complete during their work hours. At the end of their day, which is our morning, they post updates on their progress.
Additionally, they meet over a Slack call see Monday to go over the priorities for the upcoming week. That allows seeone to be on the same page.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
At this point, we’ve developed a very powerful relationship. I’d commend them to anyone looking for outgrowth resources. They were able to fastly prepare us with additional resources whenever we needed them. That was innate to our achievement when we were in crunch time, approaching deadlines.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Their more younger developers are quiet growing their expertness sets.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
They’ve articulated that they’re able to best take on the project when they have us managing it with clear requirements. It’s more hard for them to act with only a concept. Having clear requirements is significant to achievement with them.
