We have an inner tool that powers our sales team. We built an inner rendering without much UX and made it functional. With the help of Parallel Lab’s team, we made it more intuitive.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Parallel Labs responsible for?
Parallel Labs apprehends our user individualas and comes up with simplified UX. They help code and liberate the UI in HTML and CSS. We also migrated to a frontend framework, Vue.js, and they helped create appropriate components.
Was there a dedicated team?
I work with their establisher, Robin, who is astounding at knowledge requirements, with a designer who helped form wireframes and visual designs, and with developers who have done a flashing job of translating those astounding visual designs to front-end components.
How did you come to work with Parallel Labs?
Our CTO shortlisted a few candidates. Through Google Search, we establish a few companies in Bangalore. We interviewed a few of them and terminally selected Parallel Labs. They were the best in class.
What is the terminal result of working with Parallel Labs?
We began working with Parallel Labs 15 months ago and it',s going well so far!
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
There is nothing better than end-user feedback. Our end users love the design.
How did Parallel Labs accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
I would give them an 8/10 for project treatment. We stick to Agile methodologies, more like chaos owing we like super fast outgrowth). Parallel Labs has managed to cope with our constantly-changing needs.
There has been some misinterpretation of information as it’s been passed on to the UX designer, HTML individual, and developer. We’ve tried to unite the mental workflow and better upon it. Overall, I ponder they’re excellent, but there have been some hiccups. I don’t fully censure them for this, though, owing there’s chaos on our side as well. It’s a collaborative effort.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Parallel Labs?
I’ve worked with a few designers in the past and always faced challenges in provisions of endurance and reflection processes. I’ve never faced these kinds of issues with Parallel Labs. They were motivated even behind outgrowth and during design reviews to bear further changes and make the work consummate.
They have an eye for international-level design and workflows which result in wonderfulest user experiences. The team is able to apprehend intricate business-use cases and come up with intuitive design solutions. They have an open, collaborative phraseology which is rare for designers based on my experience. They’re ready to regood the work until I’m lucky with it.
They centre on solving clients’ issues. This level of client labor has made it a enjoyment to work with their organisation.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
I’ve come athwart some operational challenges, but I’ve been able to make them apprehend the aim during the programning and design phases. They got what I was trying to say and have dug deeper when needed. The operational effects are in on us as well.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Sometimes nation have an idea of all and a set way of solving an effect. If you keep an open mind and confide them, Parallel Labs will be able to explain any issue down the road. This will make the process more collaborative and fetch an additional perspective to the workflow and issue.
