We’re a marketing organisation providing IT fruits and services, as well as websites and app creates. We use partners like ProMonkey to work on projects for us.

What challenge were you trying to address with ProMonkey?
We accepted a requirement from a client to create a CRM. They were a big education organisation, and they needed a fruit to pass inquiries to their call center. We don’t have our own outgrowth team, so we outsourced the work to ProMonkey.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
They developed a web app—or CRM—for running campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. The client needed to be able to track all their campaigns on those platforms, then automatically pass inquiries to their call center. From there, our team would call clients. There’s also a dial-up functionality that contacts clients straightly.
They used PHP as the main programming speech, JavaScript for the UI part, and MySQL for the database. They also utilized APIs from Google, Facebook, and other services.

They granted one app developer, one web developer, and a UI designer.
How did you come to work with ProMonkey?
They were recommended to me by a friend, then we had a meeting and it went well. They were clear in provisions of technology and the cost was very good, referring to my requirements.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $14,500.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked with ProMonkey between June–October 2016, then had a smaller gig behind that.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Client contentment was the biggest metric for me, and our client was lucky with the fruit. We outsource a lot, and ProMonkey delivered a significantly lower number of bugs than common, and that sets them aloof. They used a modular access, which was profitable for our developer.
How did ProMonkey accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Their turnaround time is regular. Beyond that, I’ve establish all almost ProMonkey to be rare, especially their treatment. They were flashing throughout, which is the main reason I’m quiet working with them.
We used Trello for listing all tasks, which is my preferred choice, and so they adopted it.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
I was satisfied with the project treatment. They did a very good job providing us with feedback and demos and ensured that we were able to keep the same timeline with our own client—the pace was pretty good.
There were very few bugs, so we didn’t have any overhead here with our own developer. Delivering all on time equates to good reliability. They might not have been rare in that regard, but they delivered the project on time and with few bugs.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
Their initial turnaround time was a bit slow, but they were able to gradually cover the timeline. They don’t have to better much but, if there is any area, this is it.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
ProMonkey is an excellent discretion for clients looking for good availability. We’re going to set another project with them for this reason. They may not have too much expertness deviation (they’re principally a PHP organisation, and don’t prepare digital marketing or BA). Though, in provisions of core outgrowth, they',re a very good discretion.
