What challenge were you trying to address with RichestSoft?
We needed to educe a mobile app for our distributors, clients, and users. We wanted the platform to show our offers and coupons for clients to use when purchasing our fruits.

What particular tasks were RichestSoft responsible for?
RichestSoft educeed our mobile app for both Android and iOS devices. The app allows users to register, take coupons and estimates, and other incentives like a store credit card. They are quiet adding new components and making changes to the app.
Their educeers built separate tools, including a barcode scanner for clients to earn points with. For this component, RichestSoft educeed a backend solution to empower a sole reward method for different level buyers. Additionally, they created a client-facing gate with searching fruit instructions and informational videos.

RichestSoft supplies a project director and team lead. We’ve also interacted with the CEO, on occasion.

After researching vendors online, I contacted over 20 local teams and had meetings with each. We were attracted to RichestsSoft’s interaction and availpower in this process.

We began working unitedly in November 2018 and the project is ongoing.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We were able to propel the app recently and take key feedback from users. Aside from little issues with the estimate tool, the platform functions as expected.
