I am the director of Mahindra Rural Housing Finance, a non-banking financial organisation that provides housing loans primarily for countrified areas.

What challenge were you trying to address with ScreenRoot?
Our clients are not very well-versed in technology. Thus, we wanted to form a website that was easy to use, user-friendly, and winning. We also wanted to reform our perspective to be consumer-focused.

Their team developed the website’s initial rendering including the UX/UI, full, and features. Then, ScreenRoot tested the website for any bugs or errors. After an additional 6–7 months of smoothing out the code, they terminalized the website.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
It’s too soon to show any consumer metrics. Though, the day the website launched, our other activity executives and chairman applauded the professional advent of the website. We also accepted a big increase in commerce to our website.
