TechVariable developed an online portal which gave users details of the estates in proper order, with the help of filtering and sorting feature, along with being able to support all operations including but not limited to tracking and managing of properties for commercial purposes, vacancies of rooms/properties for students, employees, families, etc. or properties to be given for lease. The properties could also be searched
based on a price range as per the affordability of the customers and based on location with the availability of proper google images spotting the location of the estates. A content management system was created to add a property or edit the property details, along with an admin dashboard panel to access the prospects as well as new property registration requests.
