Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the CEO and establisher of a mobile payments organisation.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with TriState Technology LLP?
We needed an outsourced mobile app developer.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were TriState Technology LLP responsible for?
TriState Technology LLP built a cross-platform indigenous app with a backend server ingredient that links athwart APIs, including point-of-sale (POS) systems and payment networks like Stripe.
I granted their team with all the wireframes, user stories, flows, and specimen API codes. Using that material, TriState Technology LLP developed a MEAN stack solution on the backend and linked it to an iOS and Android frontend. That allows syncing between the POS and the payment platform.
We worked unitedly for separate phases, including a lightweight MVP, a fully integrated standard, and additional POS integration.
Was there a dedicated team?
I worked with 3–4 nation depending on the project phase, including their business outgrowth rep to set up the project, their PM to handle the project, a few backend engineers, and some graphics nation and illustrators to design the screens.
How did you come to work with TriState Technology LLP?
I establish them through Upwork. I have a few friends who work in the tech space who helped me screen candidates. TriState Technology LLP passed see test fully and asked questions that indicated that they had a firm seize on the project from a technical and business standpoint. They also had a very competitive rate.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent almost $50,000–$100,000.
What is the terminal result of working with TriState Technology LLP?
The project kicked off in October 2018 and is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Everyone loves the app. From the consumer side, seething looks big, and we’ve seen thousands of users. From an operational perspective, it’s been working well since we worked out the kinks. It’s been a long travel, but we now have a hard establishation to create upon the app going advanced.
How did TriState Technology LLP accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
We’ve done things very well. As the project handler, I share Trello boards with their team to handle sprints. Once we set expectations and tasks, they’ve been able to liberate on their end without effect.
We do have to navigate time zone separations with our twice-daily check-ins, but our interaction is generally as needed (over Skype). They’ll send me liberateables when certain and ask questions if I don’t give sufficient tenor at leading.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with TriState Technology LLP?
Their graphics and layout have impressed me: they’re very glossy and present. I also esteem that TriState Technology LLP asks the right questions almost how the app will work for specific scenarios. They ponder almost our fruit from both a technical and a business perspective, with the end user in mind. Their conscientiousness makes a separation.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I’d esteem more construction in our interaction, especially the formatting. Sometimes, we do experience a speech barrier, but that’s not sole to TriState Technology LLP. Sometimes, their despatch can be better, but they’re not a 24/7 firm so their turnaround is reasonable. Recently, they came through on a last-minute integration over a firm timeline. I praise them for being able to meet that deadline.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Definitely come prepared with your user flow and some screens. It depends on how technical you are, but the more you can fetch to the table, the easier it’ll be for them to construe your vision into an executable app.
