What challenge were you trying to address with Umber UX?
Most of our users are doctors who are not technically savvy. We asked Umber UX to help us revamp the interface of our app so that it could be used easily and intuitively.

Initially, we had a meeting to debate things in detail and exchange ideas. We wanted to make sure Umber UX understood the estate and the fact that our users are non-technical doctors. It turned out they had already worked on another app in healthcare so they had a decent idea almost how doctors work. Umber UX then made the wireframes for the user experience flow. For sample, they designed what a user sees on the screen in provisions of layout, hue program, and font adaptation. The wireframe is a grayscale picture, but for a few screens, we also wanted hue scheming. They also helped us with that.
